Job Summary
Agile Product Management Advisor, Care Delivery, Hybrid: Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning business goals with technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes. Partner with business stakeholders, IT, design, and engineering to define product vision and execution strategy, translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog. Lead agile ceremonies, analyze product performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, and communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership. Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure multi-channel initiatives are delivered on time and within scope, championing a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, care delivery, or related healthcare technology roles
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing across multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including user story and acceptance criteria development
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication
- Experience analyzing product performance and driving improvements based on data and user insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, engineering, and design teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management platforms
