Job Summary
Develop training courses, methods, and techniques aligned with Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe Agile, and Kanban. Guide teams through implementation processes, oversee Agile team development, and identify gaps in technical capabilities or maturity. Communicate complex information confidently to encourage personnel adoption of the Agile method while developing clear instructional materials. Operate common network tools and create curriculum appropriate for all audiences to facilitate process improvements. Requires 4-year bachelor's degree, TS clearance, Scrum certification, and current SAFe Practice Consultant Certification.
