Job Summary

Manage and lead Agile practices for two Advanced Programs, including planning program increments, coordinating workflows across teams and work centers using Jira, and facilitating PI planning and backlog reviews. Act as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders to navigate organizational challenges, identify constraints, and drive continuous improvement by removing impediments and optimizing value delivery. Derive and allocate requirements into detailed design while overseeing engineering development, ensuring Jira compliance with customer SOW mappings and maintaining visibility to technical progress. Collaborate with technical leaders to standardize processes, foster a culture of psychological safety, and communicate regularly with program management and customers to support mission-critical autonomous distributed tracking systems.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience
  • Master's STEM Degree and 10 years of experience
  • STEM PhD and 8 years of experience
  • Excellent technical writing skills for generating analysis and reports
  • Experience leading Agile teams
  • Hands-on experience with Jira
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Current active in-scope U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance at the time of application
  • Ability and willingness to travel up-to 10% to support business needs
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related discipline
  • Knowledge of a requirements management tool (i.e. DOORS, Cameo)
  • Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in modeling tools (preferably Rhapsody or Cameo)
  • Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS to update and write system level requirements
  • Experience with SysML, UML
  • Experience in programs using the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology
