Job Summary
Agile Lead in Markets CRM Platform leading and coaching teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies within a commercial & investment banking environment. Responsibilities include guiding agile adoption, facilitating stakeholder communication, developing short- to mid-term transformation plans, prioritizing tasks, and using metrics to drive evidence-based decisions. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and the ability to influence at various levels while delivering high-quality CRM/market-facing solutions. Skills include advanced Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, XP, scaling frameworks), strong coaching and facilitation, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and the capacity to manage the delivery life cycle in an agile setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent in agile methodologies and coaching teams
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of delivery life cycle in an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key business partners
- Demonstrated risk awareness and ability to work independently to resolve issues
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Formal training on Agile coaching (certifications)
- Experience in technology areas such as eCommerce, pricing, trading, and CRM
