Job Summary
Delivery Lead / Agile IT Project Manager for eCommerce software: oversee design and build of tailored web/platform solutions; manage sprint backlog and communication with Product Owner and stakeholders; coordinate day-to-day service delivery; present status and insights to English-speaking stakeholders; coach Scrum teams to apply Agile principles; ensure timely delivery, data-driven process optimization, and continuous business impact; collaborate with an international team, enjoy flexible working hours with home-office possibility; apply agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver early value and measurable improvements in a production environment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Project Manager
- Experience working on 3+ software development projects
- Fluency in English is essential for the job
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in English and Hungarian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle
- Understanding of eCommerce business and software solutions
- Working knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
- University degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field (preferred)
- Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
