Job Summary
We are seeking an Agile/DevOps Coach to guide DevOps teams through an Agile transformation, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software quickly. This role involves mentoring teams, leading workshops on Agile values and practices, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Candidates should ideally possess 8+ years of experience in software development or management roles in a technical environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Agile. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, improving delivery performance, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Prior technical experience as a test lead or dev lead in an agile transformation
- Capability to guide teams through continuous improvement and mentoring
- Hands-on experience in implementing technical projects and Agile practices
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry experience as an engineer, developer, SDET, development manager or QA manager in a technology environment
- Experience leading teams through agile transformation in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to align teams to Agile processes
- Passion for Agile methodologies and impacts on organization
- Experience with DevOps practices
