Agile Development Coachを東京オフィスで募集。顧客のDevOps課題を識別・解消し、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング技術と生成AIを活用して開発プロセスの改善とチーム育成を推進。スクラム開発とDevOpsの定着を支援し、技術アドバイザリとして顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現。国内外のプリセールス・コンサルティングチームと連携し、Red Hatおよびパートナーのソリューションを組み合わせて高品質なコンサルティングを提供。
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience (Web services, mission-critical systems, CI/CD)
- Experience with generative AI in development and operations
- Proven track record as a lead engineer or tech consultant solving technical challenges
- Coaching/teaching experience for development teams and driving organizational process changes
- Solid consulting fundamentals: logical thinking, problem solving, analysis, documentation, presentation, facilitation, negotiation
- Ability to build trust with executives and managers
- Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum development
- Basic English document and spoken communication skills
- Passion for open source technologies
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift or container-based technologies (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering, Business Development, Consulting, Support, Sales) and customers
