Job Summary
Develop highly effective, collaborative delivery teams through mentoring, coaching, training, and facilitation. Guide the team to follow agile values for self-organization and continuous improvement while working with the Product Owner to set realistic Sprint goals focused on outcomes. Raise and resolve impediments by coaching the team to solve them, manage risks and documents, and ensure positive team dynamics. Ensure teams understand technical scope and that senior leaders know progress, contributing and influencing at different levels. Requires 2+ years in Change Management and Agile, practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and experience with Jira or Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Change Management and Agile area
- Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean tools and techniques
- Knowledge of SCRUM and Kanban methods
- Professional experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or other relevant tools
- English language proficiency at least B2
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and influence at different levels and functions
- Understanding of the phases of product delivery
- Understanding of incident management and service support
- Planning skills
- Ability to motivate team members and lead them to success in a project

- Interest in learning about new information technologies
- English language proficiency C1
