Job Summary
Agile Delivery Manager responsible for mentoring multiple Agile teams and overseeing end-to-end delivery of products using Agile methods. Facilitates sprints and standups, collaborates with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering leads to enable continuous delivery of valuable increments. Coaches teams on Agile practices, removes impediments, and guides transformation and optimization across multiple teams. Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with knowledge of Jira and various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and a focus on risk management, dependencies, and delivery flow. Requires university-level education or equivalent experience and relevant Agile certifications, with 3+ years in Agile environments and leadership experience coordinating multiple teams. The role is based in Canada with a hybrid work arrangement (Toronto until late 2026, moving to Mississauga), offering a competitive base salary and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree / College or equivalent work experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Product Owner Certification
- 3+ years’ experience working in Agile teams, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP
