Job Summary
The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives within the Business & Technology Enablement organization, blending agile facilitation with delivery coordination. Key responsibilities include leading agile ceremonies, supporting initiative planning, coordinating activities across enterprise architecture teams, maintaining initiative backlogs, and facilitating cross-team communication. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the delivery of technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)
- Project Management or Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment
- Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Knowledge of the CMMI Level 3 process model
- Understanding of industry-standard software languages
- Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Experience with enterprise architecture or transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with product operating models, platform engineering, or architecture governance
