Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary
Lead agile delivery across two to four Scrum teams, owning programme-level planning, dependency mapping, and risk management in Jira and Azure DevOps. Establish and govern delivery cadences including PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Inspect & Adapt workshops aligned to the quarterly release calendar. Define and track OKR-aligned metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and escaped defects, presenting weekly to Engineering and Product leadership. Coordinate cross-studio dependencies between RubiFlow, RubiStudio, and RubiSight to prevent integration bottlenecks at release gates. Own the release readiness checklist covering feature completeness, regression sign-off, security reviews, and deployment runbook sign-off. Mentor Scrum Masters and coach Product Owners on backlog hygiene and acceptance criteria standards. Drive post-release retrospectives to translate findings into measurable process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner certification
- 5+ years of agile delivery experience in enterprise software or platform engineering
- Proven track record managing multi-team delivery programmes with dependencies across product, data, and infrastructure workstreams
- Advanced Jira and Azure DevOps skills — programme boards, cross-project dependency tracking, and executive-level reporting
- Strong stakeholder management ability: comfortable presenting delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to CTO, VP Engineering, and enterprise customer stakeholders
- Experience with OKR alignment — translating business objectives into sprint-level outcomes and tracking progress with leading indicators
- Hands-on experience with at least one large-scale SaaS platform release involving multiple deployment models (SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of data engineering, BI, or AI/ML platform architecture sufficient to meaningfully engage with technical trade-off discussions
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification as a complement to agile credentials
- Experience delivering into regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, government) with audit-trail and change-management requirements
- Familiarity with Rubiscape's deployment models: SaaS, BYOC, on-premises, hybrid, and air-gap environments
