Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives across multiple Agile squads, leading ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for 3–4 squads. Partner with Product Owners to ensure requirements are defined and prioritized before development begins, while collaborating daily with Developers, QA Engineers, and UX Designers to maintain delivery momentum. Identify risks and blockers early, drive their resolution, and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Contribute to incident management, continuous process improvements, and transparent stakeholder communication. Requires 7–8 years of experience in Agile delivery roles with strong Jira/Confluence skills; fluent in English is essential. Based in Graz, Austria with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in a delivery-focused Agile role such as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Coordinator, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar
- Proven experience working with complex products involving multiple teams, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
- Experience coaching Product Owners and Agile teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery
- Good technical understanding, allowing you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coaching Agile practices at an enterprise scale
- Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with multiple parallel delivery streams
- Knowledge of German
