Job Summary
Agile Coach to lead and facilitate our SAFe-based Agile Release Train (ART) delivering value-aligned solutions. Responsibilities include planning PI events, facilitating Scrum of Scrums and PO Syncs, guiding Inspect & Adapt workshops, managing ART-level risks and dependencies, and coaching teams on SAFe, Lean-Agile practices, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, transparency, and accountability, supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other team members to optimize performance. Requires strong communication with product management, solution architects, and business stakeholders, plus a data-driven approach to track ART performance and drive organizational alignment. Based in Montréal, Canada, full-time with a compensation range of 100,000–140,000 CAD gross per year (note: salary converted here to USD for processing as 75,000–105,000 USD approximate, subject to local tax and currency). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role related to large-scale Agile delivery
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with deep knowledge of Lean-Agile principles
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage dependencies and foster collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally or other platforms
- SAFe certification strongly preferred (e.g., SPC); other Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) considered an asset
- English proficiency required for regular communications with clients and colleagues outside Quebec
