Job Summary
Agile Coach responsible for coaching, consulting, training and facilitating Agile & Lean practices. Facilitate Agile Adoption by guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of training and coaching; Develop and Deliver Training & Workshops in topics such as Value Streams, Product, Lean Portfolio, Leadership, Agility Foundations and role-based learnings; Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, self-organization and continuous improvement; Assess and improve processes by evaluating workstreams and implementing strategies to optimize team performance; Stakeholder engagement with product management and leadership to align Agile practices with business strategy and drive value; Measure and report progress by establishing OKRs to track effectiveness of coaching engagements and provide insights to teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience as an Agile Coach with strong skills in facilitation, coaching, consulting and training
- Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe
- Proven experience in Agile environments with background as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work with diverse teams and leadership
- Experience with Product and Agile tooling e.g Jira, Azure Dev Ops, AHA, Mural
