Job Summary
Establish and lead agile structures, frameworks, and collaboration models aligned with Product Management strategic goals. Coach teams and stakeholders in agile methodologies while facilitating collaboration between Product Management, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. Support organizational transformation and scaling agile practices across the initiative by acting as a trusted partner for senior management, clients, and internal departments. Ensure delivery alignment with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives while promoting a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. Drive the setup and continuous improvement of agile processes within the Open Sovereign Cloud initiative, empowering regulated industry clients to retain full data control through an open-source European platform.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information technologies
- Project Management experience – 5 years
- Certification - SAFe SPC
- General IT Overview – Intermediate
- Deep and extensive knowledge of implementing Agile and Scrum principles
- Deep and extensive knowledge of scaling agile to multiple teams
- Experience in Agile tracking tools like Kanban Boards, Jira and similar
- English – Upper intermediate (B2)
- German (Advantage) – Upper intermediate (B2)
