Job Summary
Drive Agile transformation by instructing teams on self-organization, prioritizing Epics and Stories to secure a clear roadmap, and facilitating high-impact Scrum events. Operate directly with senior management to structure workflows and maintain Jira environments, while promoting the Agile mindset across the entire organization. Coach teams on continuous improvement and ensure every initiative maintains control and clarity within this large-scale government change project. This full-time role (36 hours/week) begins May 1, 2026, in Den Haag, requiring on-site presence and excellent Dutch language proficiency (B2+).
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring met verandertrajecten binnen de Rijksoverheid
- Een bewezen trackrecord van minimaal een jaar in het coachen en coördineren van teams
- Actieve certificering PSM II
- Actieve certificering PSPO (A)
- Actieve certificering PRINCE-2
- Actieve certificering Coaching Agile Organizations (ICP – ACC)
- Actieve certificering SAFe
- Uitstekend beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift (minimaal niveau B2)
- Onbeperkte werkvergunning voor Nederland of nationaliteit van een EU-lidstaat
- Wonen in de regio Den Haag of bereidheid om te verhuizen naar een locatie op dagelijkse reisafstand van Den Haag
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
