Job Summary
Assist Scrum Masters and Product Owners in improving agile ways of working within feature teams by supporting PI Planning, ART-level ceremonies, and backlog prioritization. Help teams with breaking down work items, estimating activities, and fostering continuous improvement while escalating issues to senior coaches. Work alongside Customer Journey Lab leads to encourage agile practices within teams aligned to customer journeys and promote best practices for smooth event execution. Build positive stakeholder relationships and communicate agile concepts clearly to support team maturity. Report to the Agile Delivery Lead and report to the Agile Delivery Lead or a senior Agile Coach.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or willingness to learn
- Some experience or exposure to agile teams, preferably in Scrum or SAFe environments
- Interest in coaching and supporting agile teams to improve their practices
- Familiarity with agile ceremonies and backlog management
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to explain agile concepts simply
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different team members
- Analytical mindset to observe team dynamics and suggest improvements
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and model agile best practices
- Must be within commutable distance to Northampton
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
