Job Summary
Configure, personalize, and optimize Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence) to meet business needs; collaborate with teams to implement and improve project management processes; provide technical user support and resolve configuration issues; conduct trainings on Atlassian platforms for users with varying levels of tool knowledge; integrate Jira with other platforms, plugins, or tools to ensure seamless tooling across the enterprise; demonstrate proven experience in Jira/Confluence configuration, Atlassian administration best practices, problem solving, and strong collaboration/communication skills; nice-to-have Atlassian certifications and experience with other Agile tools (AzureDevOps, Monday, Asana, ServiceNow, Trello, Miro); proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset; Agile mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience configuring and personalizing Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Atlassian best practices in administration
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide user support
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Nice to have certifications in Atlassian
- Experience with other Agile tools (AzureDevOps, Monday, Asana, ServiceNow, Trello, Miro)
- Proactive mindset, self-driving, goal orientation
