Job Summary
Manage daily operations of aggregate production while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in special projects involving Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, and Maintenance alongside experienced managers. Operate heavy equipment and apply engineering or business management knowledge within a defined program designed for leadership development. Engage in hands-on training and mentorship across quarry and sand & gravel environments, adapting to outdoor industrial conditions and varying weather.
Required Qualifications
- Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management
