Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and efficient repair of aggregate machinery, including conveyors and crushers. Duties include diagnosing problems, performing field repairs, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety policies. Must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aggregate industry and a Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one. The role requires excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, along with ownership of necessary tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aggregate industry
- Class A CDL or the ability to obtain
- Must have own hand tools, up to and including a 3⁄4 drive set
Desired Qualifications
- Welding/fabrication experience helpful
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
