Job Summary
The Aggregate Technician is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient repair of aggregate machinery and components including conveyors, screens, feeders, and various crushers. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting aggregate equipment, conducting field repairs, performing inspections, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aggregate industry and possession of a Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one. The technician must also have personal hand tools and demonstrate excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aggregate industry
- Must have Class A CDL or the ability to obtain
- Must have own hand tools, up to and including a 3⁄4 drive set
Desired Qualifications
- Welding/fabrication experience helpful
- Excellent customer service skills both internal and external as a representative of General Equipment
- Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to travel as there may be occasional overnight field service work
