Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot aggregate equipment accurately to perform field repairs with minimal supervision. Measure and replace crusher wear parts and screen cloth independently while conducting thorough inspections per manufacturer specifications. Execute rebuilds on components and systems, perform customer equipment startups, and explain proper use and maintenance procedures. Maintain DOT compliance using the electronic logbook system and complete all required paperwork. Follow company safety policies to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment while caring for shop tools and vehicles. Travel occasionally for overnight field service work.
Required Qualifications
- Must share our Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Be Curious, Have Passion and Be Innovative
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aggregate industry
- Must have Class A CDL or the ability to obtain
- Must have own hand tools, up to and including a ¾ drive set
- Excellent customer service skills both internal and external as a representative of General Equipment
- Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Must be willing to travel as there may be occasional overnight field service work
Desired Qualifications
- Welding/fabrication experience helpful
