Job Summary
Oversee aggregate mining, production, sales, trucking, and reclamation operations while establishing positive working relationships with all personnel. Ensure safe adherence to company policies and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the site. Manage daily activities requiring leadership skills, supervision experience, and the ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, and some travel to out-of-town sites. Must have at least three years of experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, transfer, or gravel mine operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, aggregate transfer and or gravel mine operations
- current, valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong leadership skills
- Supervisory experience
- very reliable
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to organize and prioritize work

- ability to work well with others
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- strong commitment to safety

Desired Qualifications
- experience with Apex, or other Command Alkon POS systems
