Job Summary
Lead daily plant operations in a quarry/aggregate environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production of aggregates. Drive a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, coaching, and compliance with all safety regulations. Optimize plant performance by managing costs, production targets, and quality standards. Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce. Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial environment
- Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
- Effective communication and leadership skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of aggregate operations, heavy equipment, pit development and plant processes
