Job Summary
Aggregate Lab Technician responsible for setting up, calibrating and operating laboratory equipment (e.g., aggregate shakers, ovens, washers, balance scales), collecting and testing samples of quarried products to verify conformity to specifications, performing tests such as sieve analysis, wash test, crush count and unit weight, and recording test results on standardized forms with test reports describing procedures used. Level 1 cert. preferred, but will train if needed.
