Job Summary
Lead the development of an agentic, AI-native treasury platform by shaping practitioner-focused product strategy; engage corporate treasury leaders to surface workflow gaps and translate insights into clear product priorities; define and document treasury workflows (e.g., cash positioning, intraday liquidity management, payment initiation and reconciliation, FX exposure management, bank relationship management) as actionable product requirements; assess where agentic capabilities create value while managing risk, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to guide roadmap decisions and establish trust with practitioners. Represent practitioner-level credibility in discussions with senior finance stakeholders, focusing on problem definition and solution design rather than sales; author strategy materials and shape the product category narrative in partnership with design. Preferred qualifications include experience in product strategy/management in treasury tech, and treasury-technology deployment in large corporate environments.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of corporate treasury experience
- 5 years in a hands-on corporate treasury practitioner role (e.g., Assistant Treasurer, Director of Treasury, Vice President of Treasury Operations) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with treasury technology platforms (treasury management systems, enterprise treasury modules, bank connectivity solutions, or related tooling)
- Experience with bank connectivity approaches (network-based, host-to-host, and APIs)
- Ability to translate treasury workflows into structured product requirements and prioritization input
- Experience engaging senior finance/treasury stakeholders in a substantive, non-sales capacity
- Strong written communication skills for producing clear strategy and product guidance
- Strong verbal communication skills to operate as a credible peer with senior treasury leaders
