Job Summary
Identify and recruit high-fit North American RevOps agencies to sign onto monday CRM; own full recruitment funnel from prospecting to signed partnerships, maintain a partner-sourced pipeline, and drive activation and ongoing partner management through QBRs and deal support. Collaborate with the Agentic Services Lead and GTM Engineer to accelerate activation of new partners. Role emphasizes partnering with professional services firms, negotiating partnership agreements, and using AI-driven workflows to optimize recruitment and partner management. Requirements include experience in sales or partnerships with a track record of qualifying and closing inbound applications and outbound recruitment, ability to identify and close partnerships, deep curiosity for the AI ecosystem, and comfort in fast-moving environments. Locations include New York, NY, USA with remote work option. Compensation for NYC-based hires ranges from $139,000 to $203,000 base, plus discretionary bonuses and equity where applicable.
