Job Summary
Agentic Operations Engineer at Integrate building the internal AI-powered operating system and automation layer that coordinates engineering, product, design, and ops. You’ll write code, build internal tooling (CLI tools, small web apps, chatbots), automate pipelines, audit repositories, and design workflows so AI agents and humans collaborate effectively. You’ll organize repos/docs, stand up tooling for PR reviews, enforce security and conventions, mentor teams, and plan ahead for an AI-native, on-prem and secure deployment. The role reports to the VP of Product and is in-person at the Ballard office in Seattle. Tech stack includes React, Golang, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, Tailwind CSS. Requirements include 3–5 years of production full-stack experience, hands-on AI tooling, prompting and eval design, developer tooling experience, DevOps and security fundamentals, and comfort with Python and Go/TypeScript. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping real production software
- Active, hands-on use of modern AI tooling — Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, agent frameworks
- Comfort with prompting, eval design, and integrating LLMs into production code paths
- Experience building developer-facing tooling: CLIs, internal chatbots, small web apps, automation scripts
- DevOps fundamentals — Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Security fundamentals — authn/authz, secret management, API surface design
- Comfort with Python and a typed language (Go and/or TypeScript)
- Willingness to contribute directly to core application codebase when needed
- You are a builder and a tinkerer with a bias for shipping

Additional Requirements
