Job Summary
Senior Agentic Mobile Engineer at Saily helping build AI-native tools for secure data plans and eSIM in 200+ countries. Own end-to-end features from idea to production, work with product/design/data/engineers in small autonomous teams, and leverage AI agents for specifications, coding, testing, and iteration. Cross-stack work across mobile (iOS/Android) and backend (Go, MySQL, Kafka, AWS) with frontend (Next.js, React, TypeScript) and AI tooling (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex). Focus on user and business outcomes, not just tickets, while delivering 2x output of a non-AI senior engineer. Exposure to Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, MVVM architectures, and mobile-native development (SwiftUI, Kotlin) with a strong product mindset and a willingness to operate with minimal guidance. Offers hybrid/remote flexibility with a globe-spanning security product applicable to travel and roaming scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience building something real
- Strong expertise in native IOS or Android development
- Experience with backend development
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization with measurable adoption
