Job Summary
Agentic ERP Solution Engineer (NetSuite) joins Epidemic Sound's Financial Systems as a senior IC responsible for translating complex financial and operational needs into scalable NetSuite-focused ERP solutions. You will design, build, and maintain ERP solutions and integrations, implement agentic AI-driven automation to streamline financial processes, surface data integrity issues, and collaborate with Finance and Tech teams to drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to deployment. Strong NetSuite configuration, P2P and O2C knowledge, and experience translating business requirements into technical execution are essential; familiarity with ERP/CRM ecosystems, including Salesforce integrations, and modern DevOps/agile practices is a plus. Remote work option available; Stockholm HQ listed as a location.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience with ERP platforms, including NetSuite configuration and integrations
- Strong understanding of financial processes like procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable solutions
- Genuine curiosity and practical experience applying AI and agentic tools in business context
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to partner with Finance and Tech teams
- Act as a technical SME, translating business intent into technical execution
- Experience driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact
- Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with stakeholders
