Job Summary
Agentic CRM Manager to drive AI-driven, personalised customer journeys and automated campaigns. Own activation and rollout of ESP capabilities across regions, including predictive goals, brand affinity, send-time/frequency optimisation, and AI decisioning. Build and manage automated, personalised journeys, convert recurring batch-and-blast into always-on automations, implement customer decisioning across Broadcast/Legitimate Interest/Automation programmes, turn segmentation and propensity models into live campaigns, support SMS integration into CRM, and contribute to documentation and reporting. Requires 3-5 years in CRM/email marketing or related field, hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, SFMC), SQL/BigQuery, templating (Liquid/HTML), and a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset. Hybrid work model: three days in-office per week in Berlin with remote flexibility, plus opportunities for training and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, analytics, marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience with a modern CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g. Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including journey orchestration, dynamic content and personalisation
- Genuine curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing capabilities
- Strong data skills including SQL or BigQuery, segmentation, computed traits, and translating affinity or propensity models into live targeting and campaigns
- Working knowledge of templating and personalisation technologies (e.g. Liquid, HTML); API experience a plus
- Experience in ecommerce or retention CRM and a test-and-learn mindset
