Agentic Commerce Senior Manager l Consumer Goods & Retail

Senior Manager to lead the delivery of agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs for Consumer Goods & Retail clients. Translate strategic vision into executable architecture, delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps to modernize how products are distributed across digital platforms and partner ecosystems. Lead workstreams for platform modernization, machine-readable data and AI-ready infrastructure, and AI-enabled customer experiences. Architect device- and data-oriented frameworks for AI retrieval and reasoning, define standards for agent communication protocols (ACP) and API readiness, optimize data for Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and establish governance, QA, and compliance. Manage multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and design; drive client workshops, executive updates, and delivery excellence. Collaborate with engineering, legal, security, and content teams to ensure privacy, brand safety, and risk management while shaping Accenture Song capabilities at the intersection of Consumer Goods & Retail, AI, and digital ecosystems. The role requires strong program leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for senior client stakeholders. Travel is required. Compensation varies by location with listed ranges per role location.
