Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation solutions on Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio; design and deploy Copilot agents and AI-assisted workflows; establish Power Platform delivery frameworks, governance standards, and CoE practices; manage full delivery pipeline from requirements through deployment and hypercare; mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts; act as trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders; drive continuous improvement and governance for scalable AI-driven automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in automation, consulting, or related technical leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing automation delivery frameworks, best practices, or CoE governance
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, custom agent design, topic architecture, and enterprise data source integration
- Track record as a Technical Lead, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams on client-facing engagements
- Strong ALM and CI/CD knowledge using Azure DevOps, including environment management, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing non-technical executives
