Job Summary
Independent contractor mentor for Udacity/Accenture, providing 1:1 video calls, virtual technical deep-dive sessions, and group Q&A as part of a learning community. Support learners on course content and projects, review prior submissions, and guide students through Nanodegree concepts. Deliver concept deep-dives with slide presentations, outline project rubrics, and facilitate understanding of Agentic AI topics. Share use-cases to broaden student perspectives, address learner questions, and help learners apply Agentic AI knowledge in practical settings. Responsibilities include personal 1:1 sessions, project walkthroughs, and ongoing learner support; mentor students across AI/ML domains, fostering a positive learning environment and helping learners stay ahead of cutting-edge technologies. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience, with equal opportunity and an emphasis on inclusive practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in the relevant field
- strong mentoring passion and interpersonal skills
- deep understanding of AI/tech industry trends
- hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, CoT and ReAct)
- experience designing and implementing prompt chains, role-based prompts, feedback loops, and iterative prompt refinement
- building agentic workflows (task routing, orchestration, sequential/parallel workflows, reflective AI workflows)
- designing AI agents with tool use, API integrations, memory/state management, and database interactions
- experience with RAG-based agent systems (single-agent and multi-agent)
- knowledge of AI agent evaluation, testing, debugging, and improvement
- understanding of multi-agent system design and orchestration
- ability to explain Agentic AI concepts clearly to learners
- ability to provide 1:1 mentoring, deep-dive sessions, and group Q&A
- flexibility to work part-time as an external contractor
