Agentic AI Specialist (Based in Malaysia)

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows and RPA solutions by analyzing business processes, defining automation use cases, and translating requirements into agent instructions and orchestration logic. Create documentation for BRDs, PDDs, and agent design artifacts, then conduct end-to-end testing including AI output validation and prompt evaluation. Provide L1–L3 support for existing automations, monitor performance and reliability, and resolve incidents within SLA while adhering to Incident, Problem, and Change Management guidelines. This role requires a degree in Computer Science, 1–2 years of RPA experience, and familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks. Candidates must be willing to travel 50% or more and work in a culturally diverse environment. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into RPA and agentic automation solutions
- Knowledge and experience in integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, and working with databases (RDBMS / NoSQL/MongoDB)
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across both rule-based and AI-driven scenarios

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in culturally diverse and inclusive environments
- Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required
- Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international)
Desired Qualifications
- exposure to AI-driven automation
- Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith for building, managing and evaluating agentic workflows
- Prior experience or exposure to software development and system integration, including building APIs, services, or applications (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, web applications) to support automation and agent orchestration
- Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding or similar solutions
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, or AI-assisted workflows
- Prior experience with other automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Ability to obtain UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) certification within 3 months
