Job Summary
Agentic AI Solutions Architect at Bluelight leads client-facing technical initiatives at the intersection of client strategy, data engineering, and applied AI. Design and implement end-to-end agentic architectures that connect data sources to automation platforms and LLM services, including data enrichment, content generation, and predictive analytics. Own discovery sessions, present ROI-focused AI solutions, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with data engineering teams on MLOps and automation pipelines. Build and document reusable agent architecture patterns, deploy workflows with tools like n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions, Airflow/Temporal, and drive measurable automation outcomes for clients. Remote opportunity with a focus on Latin America; role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on implementation across marketing automation, data quality, and AI-driven outputs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Snowflake and BigQuery experience
- Python and SQL
- ETL/tools experience
- LLM/AI experience
- Cloud platform familiarity
- English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical roles focused on software engineering, data integration, or analytics
- Agency, consultancy, or client services background with strong understanding of client delivery
- Experience with Snowflake and BigQuery
- ETL / data integration tools including Glue, AirByte, Python, and custom APIs
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling
- Python for scripting and deploying AI/ML models
- Experience with AI / ML / LLM technologies in data or workflow automation
- Client-facing experience including leading discovery sessions, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI / ML services
- Understanding of Generative AI use cases and prompt engineering best practices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with data warehousing and orchestration tools like Airflow, Temporal, and Flowise
- Ability to design end-to-end agentic architectures and ROI-focused automation
- Experience with MLOps and automation pipeline development
- Strong collaboration with data engineering teams
- Experience with building automated marketing tasks and data enrichment pipelines
- Proven ability to document technical solutions and patterns for reuse
- Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions
- Knowledge of CRUD data workflows and data quality checks
