Job Summary

Agentic AI Operations Lead responsible for developing and managing agentic AI workbench and integrated control environment for Client360; partner with architecture/engineering to define future state architecture; manage delivery and integration of agentic AI operations; plan and risk-manage AI operations programs; mentor junior team members; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and user-centric AI solutions; define user experience for agentic AI operations; monitor KPIs and drive measurable business value; leverage analytics to derive insights from integrated data and third-party sources; work with stakeholders across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank to drive adoption; ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in agentic AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering AI operations, business initiatives, or transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of agentic AI systems, service delivery, business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics
  • Experience supporting adoption of AI operations lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple functions within a large organization
  • Track record of contributing to large-scale AI integration and analytics projects
  • Understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver client needs
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving AI innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about agentic AI operations and their impact on organizational objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in AI operations, business analytics, and CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in ensuring customers and stakeholders are engaged and positive about AI solutions
