Agentic AI Implementation Lead

Job Summary
Identify and prioritize business process automation opportunities by partnering with function leaders to surface high-value problems. Translate these insights into scoped, production-ready agentic AI solutions while designing agents using in-house development, vendor tools, or partners. Partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with technology architecture, data strategy, and security standards for regulated environments. Define guardrails including human-in-the-loop protocols, confidence thresholds, and audit trails before deployment. Track impact metrics such as time saved, cost reduction, and adoption rates to inform scaling decisions. Act as the primary advisor on credible agentic AI capabilities, filtering hype from reality. Stay current with evolving frameworks and tooling to bring optimal options to MKS.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years in applied AI/ML, automation, or business process/technology consulting, with real production delivery experience
- Has built, deployed, or directly overseen the deployment of AI agents or intelligent automation in a live business environment
- Strong grasp of business process analysis
- Comfortable operating in a regulated, data-sensitive environment (financial services, trading, commodities, or a similarly regulated industry)
- Able to work equally well with senior business stakeholders and technical/architecture teams
- Track record of making a considered call against a popular but weak AI use case, and defending that call to stakeholders
- Experience working alongside an Enterprise Architecture function or within a broader technology governance framework
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Spanish national, EU national, or holder of a valid spanish work permit
Desired Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in Office 365 is expected
- knowledge of other languages is an asset
