Job Summary
Design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to reason, plan, and act within enterprise workflows. Implement multi-agent collaboration with shared memory and context management, while fine-tuning LLMs for reasoning tasks and developing tool-using agents that interface with APIs and databases. Work with Model Context Protocol and hybrid retrieval pipelines to orchestrate scalable systems, optimizing inference performance and reducing operational costs on NexaStack. Deploy agents to cloud, edge, or on-device environments and integrate them with product and data engineering teams. Requires 2–4 years of AI/ML engineering experience, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with distributed systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
- 2–4 years in AI/ML engineering, with direct experience in LLM and agentic AI development
- Proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and knowledge graphs
- Understanding of distributed systems, API integration, and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring for AI systems

- Experience in LLM-powered applications, multi-agent architectures, and building tool-augmented AI systems
