Job Summary
Agentic AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing and deploying production-grade multi-agent AI solutions and end-to-end agentic pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product owners to align AI projects with business goals; implement agentic workflows from data ingestion and embedding to deployment and continuous evaluation; enhance productivity, decision-making, and automation; ensure observability with logging, metrics, and alerts; optimize latency, accuracy, and cost in production; integrate AI services with enterprise systems and leverage modern orchestration frameworks. Required to have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in AI/ML, plus hands-on experience with RAG and agentic technologies, proficiency in Python/R/Java, and familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangGraph, LlamaIndex); cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP/OCI); remote US location with full-flex work options; salary range $161,500-$218,500 depending on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
- 1+ years of experience developing products or prototypes using RAG and agentic AI technologies
- Hands-on experience designing/ implementing an agentic workflow solution
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong experience with MCP, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar agentic frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Preferred), OCI, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with large datasets, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Strong understanding of prompt/context engineering, tool definition, and state management for agents
- Ability to deliver end-to-end AI projects and integrate AI into business processes
