Job Summary
Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that learn from massive datasets to support network analysts on mission-critical national security solutions. Apply best-fit ML algorithms and technologies to conduct statistical analyses on business processes, collaborating with software developers, analysts, and leaders to deliver agentic AI products. Manage agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops while defining ML strategy for high-visibility defense and civil priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience within Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science
- Experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge of NNs, LSTMs, regression, tree-based models, and SVMs
- Knowledge of agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops
- Knowledge of context window management methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a self-directed way
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an AI field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Go
- Experience with software design patterns
- Experience with model evaluation and AI quality metrics
- Knowledge of semantic search such as vector databases and RAG
