Job Summary
As an Agentic AI & Data Scientist at Kyndryl, you will bridge business needs with innovative AI solutions. You'll develop, train, and deploy intelligent agents using tools like Python and Azure ML, solving complex business challenges. Your responsibilities include translating business needs into data science problems, managing the full lifecycle of AI models, and ensuring data security and usability. This role requires a PhD or equivalent experience, fluency in French, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Expertise in Python, ML, and AI frameworks is essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agentic AI & Data Scientist
- Fluent in French
- PhD or equivalent research experience in computer science, mathematics, AI, or a related field
- Hands-on Agentic AI / GenAI engineering exposure - building or contributing to frameworks, not just using APIs
- Strong programming fluency (Python) and architectural design (e.g., microservice ecosystems, message brokers)
- Expert knowledge of Python, ML, Deep Learning, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Mistral...), LangChain / LlamaIndex / CrewAI, Vector DB and RAG, excellent level in algorithms
- Excellent vision of technological innovation in the fields of AI, Agentic AI and GenAI
- Collaborative mindset with ability to operate independently in a high-trust, low-hierarchy team.
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google ML, or Databricks.
- Experience with graph theory, DevOps, distributed systems.
- Prior work in digital transformation or AI-native product development.
- Presence in academic communities (authorship, presentations).
