Job Summary
Senior entrepreneurship-focused COO/Co-Founder role to own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Agentic AI. You will undergo an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, receive coaching to reach product-market-fit, and obtain support for hiring and building a sales/marketing engine. The opportunity includes salary during startup-building or up to €500k in funding, 1:1 sparring with top founders, access to a large founder/investor community, and funding support to raise multi-million-euro rounds within 12 months. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, with responsibility to scale a company to €100M+ in revenues and strong English communication skills. Location hint: Amsterdam, Netherlands (remote).
