Agentic AI Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Agentic AI Co-Founder / COO role enabling you to build and run a startup in a fully remote setup, with support from a network of unicorn founders, and potential funding. You will own, build, and scale a startup in Agentic AI, receive extensive coaching, help recruit and structure a team, iterate toward product-market-fit, and develop a sales/marketing engine. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, you will take full responsibility for scaling to €100M+ in revenues and communicate effectively in English. The package includes a salaried position while you build, with optional funding up to €500k, access to a select founder community, and mentoring to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds. Tasks include building and running your startup, personal development guided by unicorn founders, leveraging the network for hiring, coaching to raise funds, iterating toward PMF, and building a sales and marketing engine; ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs capable of leading a venture and driving growth.
