Agentic AI Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Agentic AI Co-Founder / COO (100% remote) role to own, build, and run your own startup in collaboration with EWOR's network. You will receive extensive coaching from unicorn founders, work on product-market-fit, help build a sales/marketing engine, and pursue funding support to scale to €100M+ in revenues. The position enables direct employment with EWOR or up to €500k in funding, with 1:1 sparring with top founders, access to a vast professional network, and a structured personal development programme. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and you must have excellent English communication skills to lead operational growth, hiring, and go-to-market efforts across a global context.
