Job Summary
Agentic AI Co-Founder / COO role offering 100% remote work. You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI, with extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders, and receive coaching to reach product-market-fit. Responsibilities include iterating the product with EWOR Fellows support, building a sales and marketing engine, and obtaining funding assistance to raise multi-million euros within 12 months. You’ll be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and must have excellent English communication skills. The program provides salary while building your startup or up to €500k in funding, plus access to a large founder and investor network, and hands-on hiring support through a broad network.
