Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI while following a fully customised personal development programme crafted by unicorn founders. Iterate your product to reach product-market-fit and receive support in building a sales force or marketing engine. Secure multi-million euro funding within 12 months through intensive coaching and 1:1 sparring with founders, while accessing our network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring. You will take full responsibility for scaling the venture to €100M+ in revenues, supported by access to top 0.1% peers, investors, and best practices from serial entrepreneurs. Based in Europe, the Americas, or open to relocation, this role offers a salary or up to €500k in funding for ambitious entrepreneurs.
Required Qualifications
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language
