Job Summary
We are looking for star implementers to develop Salesforce solutions for customers, including standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Responsibilities include delivering implementations per architectural designs, debugging technical issues, liaising with Salesforce product teams, working in an agile environment, and collaborating with global teams remotely to deliver across geographies. Required skills include knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Apex), front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; LWC a plus), basic Git/version control, REST/SOAP APIs, Agile methods, and familiarity with Salesforce tools like Lightning App Builder and Flow. Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and Trailhead Ranger status are pluses, along with strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of any programming language
- JavaScript, Java, and Apex are preferred
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). LWC is a plus
- Basic understanding of a version control system; Git is preferred
- Familiarity with branching model. Git Flow is preferred
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API
- Basic understanding of Agile methods
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder, Flow, etc., is a plus
- Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and being Ranger in Trailhead is a plus
- Your spoken English and Spanish language skills will be essential
