Job Summary
Agentforce + Data Cloud Senior Success Architect sought to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging Data Cloud and AI capabilities. The role emphasizes acting as a subject-matter expert for Agentforce + Data Cloud within Salesforce's Success Architect organization, engaging with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design; identifying capability gaps; facilitating executive stakeholder alignment to business value and ROI; running playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog; mentoring and knowledge sharing; and building strong internal/external partnerships. Fluent in French and English, with deep experience in data modeling, integration architecture, data governance, and enterprise analytics, to deliver hyper-personalized, data-driven outcomes across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds and to maximize customer lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI
- Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the Analytics/CDP spaces
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture, with a focus on guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive
