Job Summary
Senior Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex AI/LLM-based solutions on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. You will personally write critical code, configure systems, and troubleshoot issues while guiding junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact. You’ll design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable production systems, architect and deploy AI-enabled agents and automated workflows, and work directly with customers to translate requirements into technical designs. You’ll own data lifecycle design and integration strategies, unblock blockers, and drive innovation by leveraging agentic AI capabilities. The role requires travel to customer sites (25-50%), leadership in technical engagements, mentorship of peers, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred qualifications emphasize Salesforce Data Cloud/Agentforce experience, open-source AI framework contributions, and advanced Salesforce certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience in high-quality, scalable production solutions
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and agentic frameworks
- Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform (configuration, customization, development)
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
